Set on a large block located in a quiet cul-de-sac, this traditional limestone home is the ideal BEACH getaway for large families. It sleeps 8-10 people depending on the sleeping arrangements you require. EXTRA LARGE secure backyard for the kids to play, outdoor dining PLUS SUN LOUNGES and fire pit.
There is plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. Ample off street parking for cars, boats and jet skis. Discounts for stays longer than 4 days and early check-in available upon request.
The space
-Separate kitchen lounge and dining areas.
-Outdoor dining area with umbrella and bbq.
-Master Bedroom has a King Bed, walk-in robe and ensuite
-Bed 2 has a Queen size bed and built in Robe
-Bed 3 has a bunk bed, Double bed on the bottom and single on top.
-Bed 4 has a bunk bed, single on bottom and single on top. It also has a slide out trundle underneath which is similar size to a single bed.

Other things to note
Before booking, please read the following rules and view the council rules and regulations via the links that have been provided. Mornington Peninsula Shire have strict guidelines for short stay properties to ensure everyone on the Peninsula can enjoy their stay especially over the peak periods.

-The number of people staying at the property overnight must not exceed the number booked

-The person who has booked the property must stay at the property and accepts full responsibility for all other guests.

-No Parties/Events at the property or excessive noise that may be offensive to our neighbours.

-A cleaning fee is included so you are not expected to clean the house prior to vacating however it must be left generally neat and tidy.

In the event of another Victorian Government Lockdown occurring due to Covid 19 after you have confirmed your booking, a full refund will be provided to you if you are unable to stay at the property.
