Recently refurbished, this beautiful presented coastal-themed house has a lot to offer,and can accommodate 1-2 families.

It has 3 large bedrooms,. 1 with a queen . 1 master with a king bed with attached en suite and the other room has a sofa chassis couch with a fold out bed that sleeps 2 people. New family bathroom with mood lighting and walk in shower

We can offer camping for kids in our tropical gardens. can sleep 3-4 in a tent . Mattress and linen provided . Oz tent .ideal for kids . Oz tent available April

We have an open plan dining kitchen and lounge area that has stacker doors that allow the outside to come in overlooking our beautiful garden
We are 7 min walk to the local beautiful beach in which there is a designated crossing. There is a large grassed playing area at the back and a tropical sitting area at the front.Lots of kids play activities for indoor and outdoor use
The man cave is decked out with a tv lounge , fridge and pool table.

The space

You would find it hard to find something similar to our unique home given it has a owner built man cave with a huge attached outdoor entertaining area. Plus a 6 seater spa overlooking our tropical oasis garden set in a very quiet street. One bedroom can convert to another living area with a small kitchenette and own entrance. We have lots of board games and indoor outdoor kids activities .

Our house

Our whole house not only is available but throughout the year we offer a B and B option where you can stay in part of our home which is closed off from our main living and you have access to your own living , bedroom and bathroom with a separate entrance. It is listed under " Turquoise waters"
