You will have a well-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, coffee, tea, pots, pans, utensils and spices.

The apartment is equipped with unlimited ultra-fast WiFi, television with Netflix, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, sheets and towels.

Getting Around:
The apartment is super close to transportation.

Trams are on the doorstep and the apartment is in the free tram zone of the CBD (Central Business District.

Southern Cross Station is just 80 meters away and is a transport hub. There are:
- metro and country trains.
- the Skybus to get to and from the airport (bus every 10 minutes, 25 minutes from the airport).
- rental cars (the apartment has a parking lot to be able to park it for free).

If you fancy getting around by bike, there is a Melbourne Bike Share station at Southern Cross station. Simply rent a bike at one station and leave it at another.

There is a free parking space in the building. To enter the car park, the vehicle must not exceed 2 meters in height. Street parking is available at $3.50 for 30 minutes just outside the building. Parking is free between 7:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. There is also a tram stop and a GO-Get carpooling space right in front of the building.

If you need it, additional parking spaces can be requested, subject to availability, at a rate of $45 per day.
