This stunning 3 level pole house designed by renowned architect Simon Thornton inspires a feeling of light/beauty and individuality. Entering on the top floor across a covered bridge the eyes are immediately drawn through a large picture window to a view of the Monbulk valley and Warburton Ranges where wedge tail eagles can be seen on a regular basis. The magnificent timber features are seen everywhere throughout the home, sugar pine cupboards and jarrah bench tops are designed to give an unusual hand carved look. Floor to ceiling walls of glass in the kitchen/dining area provides an inspiration for any meal being prepared. The formal living area with vaulted ceiling, unforgettable cats eye windows, formal dining, open fire place, and tall sliding doors lead to a balcony where nature is at your fingertips.

Please note: The backyard has a fallen tree which caused some damage in the yard. It is quite a process to remove the tree trunk and parts of it have been cut up already. We ask that you take care when walking around the yard, and you do so at your own risk.

Minimum age requirements of 25 years of age to book. (kids travelling with parents is fine)
When vacating please leave the property as you found it. Fees will apply for any excess mess left behind and charged at $20 per bag/box
Minimal noise after 10pm
No pets
No smoking anywhere in or outside the property.
No gatherings, only guests can access the property.

You have full access to the property
Thank you for abiding by the Quickstay house rules. They are designed to keep you, the property and our neighbours safe and happy.

- Body corporate rules and restrictions apply. We are not responsible for any changes, building works or facility closures that are our out of our control.

- Guests must be 25+ unless they are the dependents of the booking holder.

- Unfortunately guest limits apply. This means no groups, parties, gatherings or unregistered visitors.

- No one wants to pay $350 for smoking inside the property. That's what it costs us to clean it if you do! Please ensure no smoking takes place inside the property and no evidence of smoking waste remains.

- The morning you vacate please wash up your dishes and put them away, or run a cycle of the dishwasher.

- Please put your waste in the bins outside. We understand sometimes these are left full on your arrival... If that's the case please let us know. Additional waste or removal charges apply if we are charged by the cleaners and no one wants to pay for someone else's rubbish!

- Please ensure noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm and silenced by midnight to avoid complaints.

- Should something require repairs or maintenance during your stay, please let us know ASAP so we can assist with troubleshooting and tradespeople if required. We are here to help! Should a call out be required, we will arrange that with the appropriate tradesperson and yourself directly to minimise any inconvenience to you during your stay. Unfortunately if there are issues found to be operator error or damage caused by the user, the cost will be passed on as would be the case in any short stay / hotel accommodation.

- ID is required to place your booking with us.

- We understand accidents happen but please let us know when they do. - Any breakages are charged at fair replacement value to you so please take care with our things.

- Keys and locks are expensive to replace. Please take care with the keys to avoid a $250 replacement charge.

-We love our pets too but our properties are pet free except for assistance animals unless otherwise advertised.

- Please leave the property as you found it :)

- Please turn off the AC when you go out.

- Please respect check-in and check-out times. We would love to be able to offer early check in or late check out but properties need to be cleaned and restocked between bookings.

- Please don’t rearrange the furniture. We don't want you hurting yourselves.

- Lost property retrieval fee $45 plus postage.

And it goes without saying that no illegal substances or activities are allowed on the premises.
