About this property

Our north facing, light filled three bedroom, two bathroom home is in a very quiet street in Rye about 3km’s from both the front & back beach & only a 4 minute drive from the beautiful Peninsula Hot Springs & soon to open Alba Hot Springs. It comfortably sleeps 6 guests and is a perfect base to explore all of the peninsula’s beautiful attractions.

Please note, we DO NOT accept guests under 25 years of age, we do however welcome children who are accompanied by adults.

The space
Three spacious bedrooms, master has a QS bed, WIR and ensuite. Second bedroom has a QS bed and BIR’s, third bedroom has 2 single beds and BIR’s (with a split system.)

Downstairs there is a double garage with a separate bathroom. Upstairs are the three spacious bedrooms, central bathroom, laundry and open plan kitchen, meals and family room, which also has a split system.

Guests are required to supply;
• flat and fitted sheet, per bed (2 x QS and 2 x single)
• pillowcase, and
• bath towel. Everything else is provided for you.
