-Yes, we do offer ONE on-site parking space. You will be given a carpark remote to access. You don't have to pay extra, all is included in the room rate.

-No the apartment does not comes with a balcony.

-No, the guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.

What is the check-in and check-out time?
-Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. Guest could extend till 11:30am with additional $20.

Early check-in is subject to availability. We are happy to let our guests in as soon as the cleaning is finished. We can't guarantee a time but we can keep you updated on the day.
