The simple yet luxurious bathroom has a toilet, sink, and tall shower shower, perfect for a bubbly, relaxing routine at the end of the day.

Richmond is one of the most vibrant neighbourhoods in Melbourne with the best cafe's, restaurants, shopping and nightlife the city has to offer - Bridge Road and Swan Street are the main streets in the neighbourhood. My home is very centrally located - just a quick 15 minute tram ride from the CBD.

## Transit

The 48, 75 and 78 tram lines are less than a two minute walk from my home.
