The property is located near several bus, tram and train stops. The bus stops on Koornang Rd operate to Middle Brighton and Chadstone SC, while buses on Coorigil Rd operate an additional route to Elsternwick. The Tram operates routes from Carnegie to Melbourne Uni, while both the Carnegie and Murrumbeena train stations operate along the Cranbourne and Pakenham lines.

- The ironing board is located under the bed, with laundry supplies in the shed.
- There is 1 car spot available for use, which is on the right side when you drive into the property. There is also no restriction on street parking.
- The deck and laundry are communal and shared with other guests.

- Early check-in: We will proactively inform you the day of your check-in in the morning if early check-in is available. We are unable to confirm early check-in before this time.
- Late Check-out: Currently we do not allow late check-outs, the latest check-out is at 10 AM, please feel free to book an additional night if you need to leave later than 10 AM
- Baggage Storage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out
