- Three-seater sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed can be formed to become a double bed (sleeps 2). Take note if you have 6 or fewer guests, the usage of the sofa beds may incurred additional cost due to the additional cleaning of extra linen and quilt provided. Please check within.

* You will be met in person and given a brief intro to the building and the whereabouts to visit in Melbourne.

* Please provide your

(2) fight arrival time or expected arrival time and
(3) expected departure time.
This will allow me to plan the time for me to meet you and for the cleaners to come in.

* An extra fees of A$45-A$100 applies if this information is not provided within 3 days in advance of arrival and a special arrangement needs to be made.

* Earlier check-in and late check-out depends on availability.

* Check-in after 6pm may attract a fees (A$12-A$100). Please enquire within.

* If there is anything you cannot find during your stay, please send me a message.

You can rent a car from Budget, Avis and Europcar in the Southern Cross Station which is directly across the road!

USE OF SOFA BED
If you have 6 or less people staying and would like to use the Sofa Bed, there would be an extra cost of AU$30 cleaning fee (one time charge).

I will provide you with extra quilt and sheet for the sofa-bed. Let me know in advance so that I can prepare the extra bedding for you.
