The Neighborhood: Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated on Collins St, Australia's premier street, has several fine Victorian era buildings, is the home of prestigious boutiques and high-end retailers and was for a long time the centre of finance in Australia.
Only a stone throw away from Flinders St railway station, Federation Square, De Graves St and more!
We're only a short 20min walk to the Rod Laver Arena, Hisense Arena, AAMI Park & The Melbourne Cricket Ground.
There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away.
I've included most of my favourite places and more in my extensive "Local Recommendations Guidebook" on this listings page, so please feel free to check em' out for awesome things to do and eat in the CBD area.
Getting Around: Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses and situated only 400meters away from Flinders St station, getting around is not going to be a problem at all.
There is also a tram stop just outside on Collins St.
Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
If you drive, the nearest paid parking lots are available at “WILSON PARKING” - 333 Collins St, which is located just beside the building or “CARE PARK” - 369 Little Collins St, which is a 4min walk away from us. Alternatively you may look online for other suitable parking options.
If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us.
Other Things to Note: This is a private unit ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON'T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay.
A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.
Please be sure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the keys to you personally.
This pad accommodates 4 adults generously but a max of 5 overnight at no extra charge.
The sleeping arrangement for the 5th adult would be on a 3-seater couch with extra quilts, pillows, sheets & covers.
