This apartment was our family home and we are keen for you to treat this lovely space as your own home. Because this was our family home, we furnished it as such. Some of the furniture pieces show some careful use, wear and tear.

2ND bedroom features a double bunk (2 kids)
A camp stretcher can be provided for one extra guest.

NO parties. Extra guests must be pre-approved.

FREE Parking behind the apartment block. No packing in the private basement car park

Amazing walking tracks & bike tracks along this coastal area. 5 mins to Royal Melbourne Golf Club & 2 mins to Black Rock Yacht Club.
200m walk to a beautiful swimming beach.

Other things to note
PLEASE, please NO sand inside the apartment. There are outdoor showers and water taps at the beach by the Surf life-saving club. Thank you.

If you eat food on the couches, please clean up crumbs.

Please turn off the AC & Heater

Rubbish is collected early on Friday morning. Please leave the main rubbish bin out on the curbside on Thursday night if you are staying during this period.
