Quiet, Spacious 3 bedroom house near great beach, parks (50 metres away) playgrounds (50 metres away) Golf Course (300 metres away) Bowling club accross the road with barefoot bowls on Friday nights for all the family, tennis court accross the road and walking tracks. Start the day with a cliff top walk with panoramic views of Half Moon Bay, the Cerberus Shipwreck and the skyline of Melbourne.
There is a popular hairdresser and award winning Thai Restaurant at the other end of the street.
Stop for a coffee and breakfast in many of the coffee shops in Black Rock village or Sandringham. If you like to sit right on the water and have a coffee then you can choose Half Moon Bay (10 minute walk) which has a coffee shop and restaurant 10 metres from the water. Or you can buy fish and chips and sit on the beach overlooking the city skyline and Half Moon Bay with the shipwreck, cliffs and Half Moon Bay. Half Moon Bay is host to the World Championship Yacht Races every couple of years and is a very popular fishing spot off the pier and a popular launching spot for fishing boats and sailing boats.

The house has large rooms a stocked book case games & toys for the younger ones. We supply tea coffee washing powder etc. everything is there for you to walk in and make yourself comfortable just like home. We have provided a Starter Information Pack for you with some interesting reading in the "Where can I go, what can I do?" compendium which you will find on the coffee table in front of your 55 inch Plasma TV. The house is the last one in a cul de sac and hence it is very quiet and very safe for pets and kids if they wish to play at the front. There is a basketball ring attached to the tree just outside the front of the house which is often a great meeting place for kids to shoot a hoop together. There is a carport & a large open front yard for off street parking etc.

Black Rock and the surrounding areas are very popular because of the varied world class facilities that are in very close proximity. Within 500 metres you have Royal Melbourne Golf Club and the rest of the other sand belt golf courses. Then you have Sandringham Yacht Club and Black Rock Saling Club. These are within walking distance either along the beach or along the cliff top with its spectacular views of the bay and the city skyline. We also have the family friendly sandy beaches, sailing venues, cycling paths, jogging tracks, and village atmosphere of its unique shopping precincts at Hampton (Hampton Street) Black Rock Village, Beaumaris (The Concourse) and Brighton, (Church Street).

The bus stop is at the end of the street and goes to the station or Southland the largest shopping mall in the Southern Hemisphere. Driving to the city can be either by Beach Road (the scenic route) or Nepean Highway, either journey taking approximately 20 minutes depending on traffic.
