Positioned in a central location, the home is very close to restaurants, shops, bars, and cafes, while the city is easily accessible by public transport. Bay Street and Graham Street are just around the corner along with the Lagoon Reserve.
The divine Port Melbourne Beach is only 700m or a few minutes’ walk away. Take the kids down to make sandcastles and see the Spirit of Tasmania docked at the cruise ship terminal. Go for a relaxing stroll along the white sand then pick up a coffee on the way home from any of the numerous cafes nearby.
