CHECK-IN
Check-in are available after 2pm and Check-out at 10am.

WHERE?
Generally, a representative will meet you at the entrance of the apartment to pass you the key and induct you into the apartment.

KEY
Note that only ONE set of key and key pass will be given. Please keep the key and key pass with you safe at all times as there will be a fee of AU$150 if you misplaced or lose it. There is also a call out fee of AU$100 if you lock yourself out and in the event where we have to come to let you in the apartment again after the initial check-in.

CHECK OUT
Check-outs are 10am (We can offer 11am late check out by notice). Place the access card and keys on the kitchen counter inside the apartment and just the apartment door and exit the building anytime 10AM. You can safely exit the apartment and access the lift to the ground floor without any keys. My cleaners will come to collect the keys and start cleaning the apartment.

INSIDE THE APARTMENT
Strictly no smoking inside, no house parties, no yelling or loud music please.

WiFi INFORMATION (display on the room )

NOTE: I am not on a heavy plan and the speed may not always be lightning fast. So I provide this for convenience and every care is taken to ensure it works, however, we are NOT an IT technician or Internet Company. So if you critically need internet for your trip, then you will need to get yourself a 4G broadband via a prepaid SIM card. Optus offers a $2/day unlimited call plan with 500Mb/day or try Amaysim which is a value carrier.

COOKING
It’s ok to cook but please be warned that the fire alarm is rather sensitive, so please be sure to open the windows, balcony door and turn on the range hood while cooking, Cos if it goes off, you'll be liable for the costs of the fire truck's visit.

Do help yourselves to the coffee and tea as you wish. Shampoo and body wash in the bathroom is there for your convenience. So are the tissues.

Please be informed that you will be RESPONSIBLE for anyone that you invite in so it is highly recommended NOT to bring any strangers during your stay.

WASHING MACHINE
Note that there are is a washing machine in the laundry cabinet in case you need to use them. Balcony have clothse line .

RUBBISH BIN AND CENTRAL RUBBISH SHUTE
There is a rubbish bin underneath the kitchen sink (inside the cabinet). Once full, please throw out rubbish at the central rubbish shute, which is located in the Utility/Rubbish room located oppsite black door

CLEANING
Please ensure that you clean up after yourself. Please place all rubbish in the bin or if the bin’s full, throw them into the rubbish chute. Be sure to place all the used kitchenware into the dish washer, put in a dish washer tablet and turn it ON before you leave.

There are cleaning products on top of the washing machine and the dishwasher tablets is in the cabinet underneath the kitchen sink. Let's be clear here, there will be an additional cleaning surcharge of AU$100 if my place is found to be deliberately left in a bad and dirty state or dirty dishes are left uncleaned in the sink or dishwasher.

NO SMOKING AND SHOES OFF CARPET
Outside ONLY please. Please do not smoke inside the apartment because as a non-smoker with allergies, I am very sensitive to the smell. Again, if found that you have smoke inside the apartment, the cost to sanitized the place of AU$200 will be passed on to you.

Shoes are not allowed on carpeted areas.

DAMAGES
Please do not cause any superficial damage to the apartment and furniture. A careful check list is carried out to record the condition of the apartment prior to your check in and another thorough inspection is carried out upon yousr check out.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST
Now that we've got all the formality out of the way, please relax and enjoy the place! Rest be assured that I am a very fair person to deal with and I do like to look after my guest to the best that I can when hosting someone at my home.

Feel free to enjoy and utilize anything you like inside the apartment! Last but not least... Do have fun in Melbourne and stay WARM (Tips: Melbourne weather changes rapidly sometimes therefore some refer to it as having four Seasons in a day! So always bring a jacket around)!! :-)
