When Melbourne gets quiet... you get good deals! We'll put you in one of our 2BR apartments in Liberty Tower for the same price we'd normally charge for a 1BR!

Across the road from Southern Cross (rail & skybus), with pool, hottub & gym in the building. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families.

Portacot available for any groups with an infant - just ask.

Feel the vibe of bustling Melbourne city in this apartment in the Finance Hub of CBD. A short walk will take you to Etihad Stadium where major sports events or concerts (including Adele's) are held. Crown Resort/Southbank/Southwharf where Melbournians love to chill out, drink, dine and people-watch is also close by. Or taking a morning walk to the Queen Victoria Market where fresh daily produce awaits. Gather your favourite delicatessen and grab a good bottle of Australian wine for a picnic and cross the road to the Flagstaff Garden with its beautiful trees and lawn. Enjoy greenery and space, so close yet so far from the bustle of the city. Or simply immerse in the coffee culture of Melbourne by picking one of the many cafes hidden in the laneways.

Cross the road to the Southern Cross Station, the public transport hub of Melbourne (rail,coach,skybus).
Walk to anywhere in the city, Southbank or Crown precinct or hop onto the free city tram.

Check out is 11am. Instruction will be provided prior to check-out.
- Must follow building rules: no smoking anywhere in building or courtyard or parking lot; no pets
- Respect your neighbours. Noise that can be heard outside after 10pm (Sun-Thur) or 11pm (Fri-Sat) is against EPA regulations. It may also result in a “sorry hamper” being bought for the neighbours and charged to your account.
- Material breaches of the rules above may result in your license to occupy being revoked
- Your apartment and linen will be cleaned prior to your stay and a standard portion of amenities provided (including toilet rolls, soap/shampoo/conditioner, dishwashing/laundry detergents et. al.). For those with larger groups/longer stays it is up to you to clean or purchase additional supplies should some items run out during your stay. Alternatively get in contact and we can provide a mid stay clean or amenity topup for a fee.
