A $400 Damage Deposit is payabale 24hours prior to check in.
Damage Deposit will be held until inspection after check out. Any damages will be deducted from the Damage Deposit. Damage Deposit (full or partial) will be refunded within 7 days after checkout.

Please note that this is an inner city apartment and trains run nearby throughout the day and evening. There is potential for noise in the Wintergarden kitchen & lounge area (with the door open). We never notice or have had comments about noise in the bedrooms.
We also have a secure car space available in the building for $15 per day. Please let us know at booking if you'd like the space reserved for you.
