PLEASE NOTE: we are taking COVID-19 restrictions VERY seriously and are following guidelines from the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services for cleanliness for all stays. We use a professional cleaning service and all surfaces in the apartment are thoroughly disinfected before and after each stay. We are enforcing a minimum of 72 hours in between each stay to keep all our guests safe. The building is also ensuring these guidelines are being followed in all common areas.

The apartment is a ground floor apartment over two levels with a townhouse feel and it's own outdoor courtyard space. It will be your oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Melbourne and Fitzroy, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to stretch out and relax.

## Neighborhood

What was once a bohemian working class enclave is now the city’s undisputed hot spot. With its colourful streets and thriving bar and restaurant scene, eclectic Fitzroy leads the way in all things dining, drinking and living. Although gentrification has swept through, Fitzroy still retains real grit – one of its most intriguing features. (Sitchu)

## Transit

Almost everything you want or need is walking distance. Carlton Gardens, Melbourne Museum and the Royal Exhibition Building is right next door, the city is about 10 minutes walk, the MCG and Rod Laver Arena about 30 minutes. There is a endless array of Melbourne's best restaurants and bars on your doorstep.

The closest tram stop is on Nicholson St, one minute walk away. Trams arrive every 5 minutes or so for the city. The tram stop is one stop outside the free tram zone.
Parliament station (on the city loop) is two tram stops away or a 10 minute walk. The 96 tram goes to docklands and the 86 tram will take you all the way to St. Kilda.

To and from the airport, you can catch the SkyBus and then either get the hotel shuttle to a nearby stop or catch Bourke St (86 or 96) tram through the city to the Melbourne Museum stop.
