We have two stunning bedrooms, one on each level.
Bedroom one, downstairs with Queen bed, reverse cycle air conditioning for heat in the winter and cooling in the summer. Two closets for clothing storage
Bedroom two, upstairs has a Queen bed with wall heater and built in closet
There is a portacot, change table and highchair if you require them.
The fully equipped kitchen is gorgeous and includes all you need to cook up a storm plus the essential Nespresso coffee machine for that first coffee before visiting the near by cafes for breakfast.

The living area is light and bright with incredible sky lights, dining table for up to six people. Smart TV and decorative fireplace. (Sorry we want it to stay looking incredible so its not for use) We have heating and cooling in this room to ensure your comfort.
Leading out from the living area you will find the beautiful bathroom with shower, toilet, stunning vanity and hidden washing machine and dryer.
We also have a fully enclosed courtyard with outdoor dining and bbq. We welcome well behaved pets with prior arrangement, just not on beds or furniture and all traces of them have to be cleaned up prior to your departure.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
