Food: Welcome to the heart of Melbourne, where you will find the best food Australia has to offer. Head one way to the Italian inspired Lygon street, and enjoy authentic pizza, pasta and gelati within a 10m walk. Head the other direction and you'll find yourself in Chinatown, with amazing asian food available. You'll also have access to hundreds of amazing restaurants from around the world within a 15 minute walk. There are literally too many options to choose from (try for some guidance)
Transport - Conveniently located a 2m walk to the free tram zone, you will be able to explore the CBD free of charge on the hop on/hop off trams. If you are heading out of the city, simply grab a MyKey card, which will also give you access to Melbourne's trains (with the convenient hub of Melbourne central a 5m walk away).
