The Jacuzzi Lodge is a limestone fully self-contained dwelling, with tranquil forest views from every window. With its own driveway and undercover parking, it ensures your privacy. This is an ideal romantic couples getaway with a king sized bedroom with ensuite. A second bedroom has a 3 person bunk bed and shares the master en-suite. The Jacuzzi Lodge comes with the exclusive use of a luxury 8 seater outdoor spa. Free Wifi, a full kitchen & a cosy fireplace.
The cottage is entirely self-contained with a private en-suite bathroom, kitchen and parking. The stay is on 7 acres of private forest.

Fernglen Forest Retreat is located only 2 blocks from Tatra wedding receptions. It’s also within a short drive to other wedding venues such as SkyHigh, Poets Lane, Lyrebird Falls, Nathania Springs, and Mist to name a few.

This makes our accommodation perfect for wedding groups, as well as families and couples.

Many brides, artists, corporate and spiritual groups take advantage of the stunning native grounds, with towering mountain ash as a backdrop for their photos. In general, to hire the grounds it is required that you hire all 3 cottages for the night befoCOVID CANCELLATIONS

In the case of a Covid shut down guess will be given the option to reschedule an equivalent stay at a future date this will be at the same price with no penalties should I reschedule be impossible a full refund will be given.

COVID SAFTEY

At Fernglen Forest retreat we adhere to the Government Covid safety requirements.

CHECK IN
All guests are required to check in with the QR code which can be found on the wall as you enter the cottages.

Please also fill in the Attendance Register which will be found in the folder on the coffee table .

VACCINATION
If your vaccination status is not on your Service Victoria app please provide a copy via Arrival Information Form which will be emailed to you after booking or at arrival.

CLEANING
At Fernglen Retreat we adhere to the Strictest enchanted cleaning practices. Thorough cleaning and disinfecting takes place after each guest leaves, including all frequently touched surfaces e.g. doorknobs, counters, handrails, showers, baths, toilet etc. Also all bedding, towels etc are changed and professionally laundered and disinfected at above 40°C temperature.

PETS

Your pets are welcome. Please refer to the Pet policy which will be sent to you after your booking. We charge a $100 bond which is fully refundable. We also charge $25 a day for pets to stay. You can pay these via the bank details below.

EVENTS/ HIRE GROUNDS

We are happy to host outdoor events including wedding dinners or lunches, parties etc. Outdoor furniture is not provides and will need to be hired at the guest expense. We charge $500 a day to use the grounds for groups of up to 20. Groups over that is $700 per day. We do have a limit to the size of groups as we do not have space for groups over 30. Our charge is in order for us to protect and maintain the environment. If you’d like to book a group gathering you can pay for that through our bank. Details are below.

CHECKIN/OUT TIMES

Check-in time is 3 pm and checkout is 10am. If you need to extend these please contact us. But please be aware that we can only offer one, at the most two hours extension as we do need to clean between guests.

SMOKING

Smoking inside the premises is strictly forbidden.re and after your event. There is an additional fee for the hire if the grounds.
