Note: Pets are allowed for a small fee of $50 per pet per stay. Too small dogs such as sausage dogs might have to be on the leash as they can fit under gate.
Aircon is only upstairs, but there are 3 portable evaporative coolers in the rooms downstairs if needed. Ducted heating all over the house.
Strictly no noisy gatherings allowed. After 8 No loud music and noise allowed as it’s a very quite neighbourhood.
Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Unsalvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest
Only number of guests that are booked will be allowed. Guests that are not booked won’t be allowed in the premises.
