Size matters in the CBD! Where size is a rare commodity in the CBD, this place is very spacious with high ceiling and generous large bedrooms with an huge kitchen and living area.

Feel the vibe of bustling Melbourne city in this apartment in the Legal District and Finance Hub of CBD. A short walk will take you to Etihad Stadium where major sports events or concerts are held. Crown Resort/Southbank/South wharf where Melbournians love to chill out, drink, dine and people-watch is also close by. Or taking a morning walk to the Queen Victoria Market where fresh daily produce awaits. Gather your favourite delicatessen and grab a good bottle of Australian wine for a picnic and cross the road to the Flagstaff Garden with its beautiful trees and lawn. Enjoy greenery and space, so close yet so far from the bustle of the city. Or simply immerse in the coffee culture of Melbourne by picking one of the many cafes hidden in the laneways.

It is where the transport hub of the city is - everything starts and ends here.
You can walk to almost everywhere in the CBD or hop onto a free city tram. a short walk to either Flagstaff or Southern Cross train station and William st and Bourke st Trams.

There is one space available and a Reservation is necessary at time of booking - Do let us know at the time of booking of your car bay requirement - Car Parking is on a 1st in 1st serve basis and subject to availability and may not be available if booked at an later date.

PORTACOT & HIGHCHAIR available if anyone has infants in their group- just let us know at least 48 hrs before arrival.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and on balconies, a charge of AUD700 will apply if traces of smoking in the apartment are found.

Check In Requirements:
Guests are required to confirm their identity upon request through way of official documentation including passport, driver’s licence or national identity card and present the credit card that was used to make the reservation.

There is a strict “No Party Policy” imposed, where severe penalties apply.
Guests must oblige to keep noise within the building premises to a minimum after 9:00PM on all nights, in respect for other residents in the building.

A security deposit of $295 will be pre-authorised on the credit card provided within 7 days prior to arrival.
