Go for a walk along one of the many walk tracks in the Dandenong Ranges & see towering Mountain Ash and Messmate Stringybark trees, wide variety of ferns and other wet and damp forest vegetation. These areas boast the highest density of superb LYREBIRDS living together with wombats, samp wallaby, echidna, possums and powerful owls.

The pure air of its altitude (250 m) is refreshing. The cool winds from the sea in summer and the winter mists and sometimes even snow adds to its health giving properties

At every time of the year there are blossoms in the garden and the birds, parrots, lorikeets and kookaburras, as well as cockatoos. A large variety of ducks/ducklings and water birds, fish and platypus in the lakes

Deer, wallabies and rabbits come close (and eat the roses). Echidnas and Wombats and other wild life frequent the property.

Comforting to look at from the outside it is very cosy inside. Large feature entrance floods the living area with light.
A games room is adjacent. Try a game of pool or pinball, other games available.
