For the best interest of other residents, please adhere to the following house rules:
- Smoking and drug is strictly prohibited in the apartment and within the building, else a fine of $600 per violation will be imposed and a charge of $450 to clear the smell of the cigarettes.

- Partying is not allowed, else a fine of $2,500 will be imposed. Other breaches include creating unreasonable noise or behaving badly, causing health, safety or security hazard, damaging common property and obstructing a resident from the use of their property.

- Pets are not allowed.
- Please indicate the actual number of guests staying in the booking. Towels and linen will only be provided for the number of guests included in the booking.

- When leaving the property, please ensure it is well maintained and in a similar condition as it was during check-in.

- Breakages, damages, theft and loss will be the guest's liability and responsibility.

- As part of our verification procedure, a photo of a government-issued ID and a selfie may be requested.

- Please keep the noise levels down at all times so as not to disturb the other residents.

- Any excess rubbish must be disposed properly according to the rubbish disposal instructions listed in the Housing Manual.

- Breaching any of the rules will result in a loss of your security deposit and/or additional charges.

- Please use the range hood when cooking so as not to set off the smoke alarm. If the smoke alarm goes off, do not open the front door as doing so will trigger the fire truck to come to the apartment. If such situation occurs, a heavy fine of approx. $2,500 will be imposed to you.

- A set of basic toiletries will be provided to you (non-refillable) for the initial period of your stay.

-Additional charges apply if cleaning required during your stay and arrangement needed.

-There will be a charge of $150 and $180 for lost of key and fob/swipe. No return of key, there will be a charge of $450 for change of lock set .
- In case there is an emergency that requires to bring a spare key or fob to you, there will be additional charge of $150. If locksmith required, there will be a charge of $600.

- Please inform us immediately of any lost items. The lost items will be kept for 1 week. A postage/ courier charge of $100 is applicable to mail the item back to you upon request.
