If you are looking for a city getaway, meeting freinds and relatives in Melbourne and need a place to stay or a quick work trip then this is the place for you.

Property details:

The property is centrally located in the heart of Melbourne. Next to melbourne central, emporium etc. Its a one bedroom with one double bed and one sofa bed. It could sleep two adults and two young kids comfortably or three adults. It has a fully functional kitchen. One bathroom with shower and toilet. Has laundry facilities in the lobby. The room also has a dinning table with 4 chairs, this can also be used as a working table. A kettle is provided with a choice of instant coffee or tea and microwave is available to heat or cook. Good size fridge. A four hotplate stove and oven is also at your disposal. A floor standing fan to cool things down and a wall heater to keep those winter days at bay. If you find yourself with nothing to do a flat screen TV is on the wall for your veiwing pleasure.

Location:

Located in between Elizabeth st and Queen st. Property is in the free tram zone. Walking distance to everything melbourne has to offer with all the faboulous modern restaurants and night life, great shopping, sight seeing. Victoria market, Flinders st station, Federation square, Aquarium, Southern cross station, Docklands, carlton etc are accessible via tram, train, bus, taxi or uber very easily. Most areas of interest are walking distance. The sky bus can be boarded or disembarked at southerncross station. DFO southwarf, Emporium, Melbourne central, Bourke st, Collins st etc will make for great shopping destinations. The melbourne star, Harbour town at Docklands, Aquarium, Eureka skydeck, Rialto towers, Crown casino are some major attractions

Things to be aware of:

The property is right in the busy city centre therefore it could be noisy. The apartment is safe with key card access 24×7. Laundry is located in the lobby area, not in the room.


Check in:

Check in has to be cordinated with the host. All reasonable request will be accomodated. Check in is 2 pm upto 8pm and check out at 11am. Other arrangements can be made in discussion with the host.

Ammenities:

Linen and towels are provided. Coffee and tea. Cups and glasses. Plates and cutleries are all provided. There is also ironing board, iron and vaccum cleaner in the cupboard along with hangers.

House rules:

It is expected that the property is looked after as if its your own. Please throw the garbage out. If the key card is lost $150 will be charged to replace it.

This apartment has a firm and supportive queen sized bed. Sofa bed in the living area which converts easily into a double sized bed with FIRM foam mattress. Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated on lonsdale Street between Elizabeth st and Queen st right next to the Melbourne central shopping centre and train station with access to everything you would need.

Enjoy the convenience of covenient stores, seven eleven express, over 40 retail stores and cafes, with direct access to Melbourne central, Etihad Stadium, Melbourne's Docklands precinct, the CBD and Spencer Outlet Centre.

Melbourne central Station : 2 min Walk

Coles Supermarket , 7 Eleven, Asian Provision Shop, Car Hire, QV : 1-2 mins walk.

Crown Casino & Entertainment Complex : 11mins by Free Tram .

H & M (Main shopping district very nice live music) : 5 mins walk.

Chinatown (Great Food): 5 mins by Free Tram .

Queen Victoria Market : 3 mins by Free Tram

Etihad Stadium : 9 mins by free tram

Bourke St & Collins St Business Districts : 3-5 mins walk down Elizabeth St.

Southern Cross Station is 9 mins by free tram.
- Sky bus in Southern Cross Station departs EVERY 10 mins to get to and from the airport.
- Europcar, Budget and Avis CAR RENTAL depots are all close by.
- A tram stop on Elizabeth st, all trams within the city grid are FREE
- If you drive, paid parking is available across the street or long term parking on queen st.

This is a private apartment ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON'T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay.
Check-ins are after 1pm. Check-outs are strictly before 11am.

Please be sure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the keys to you.
This apartment accommodates 2 adults and two children generously.

If you drive, please look online for other suitable parking options. "WILSON PARKING"&"SECURE PARKING" provide parking service across the CBD area.
If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us.

TIP: Parking in Melbourne city is extremely expensive! You're in the FREE tram zone and public transportation in the city is just amazingly convenient. If you "REALLY" need to drive, the best tip I can give you is, rent a car from Avis, Europcar or Budget on Frankin st depot close by. Rent it for the days you need and drop it back at the depot when you're done. It's heaps better than paying for parking in the city. Uber is also another economical option.

We provide laundered fresh towels, hand towels, bed linens and bathroom amenities. The double size bed provided in the bedroom features a double bed mattress, quilt and two pillows, all to ensure that you receive the support and comfort required for a good night’s sleep.

The kitchen well equipped with appliances, pots, pans, utensils, crockery, salt, pepper and oil is at your disposal during your stay should you wish to prepare a home-cooked meal. Fresh ingredients are easily accessible with the Coles Supermarket only a short 5-minute stroll away.

An assortment of teas is also provided as well if that is what you prefer.
