My house is set up as a short term rental so it is not cluttered with personal possessions yet still has a homely feel to it. It is small but comfortable & has everything that a family could need for a holiday rental.
The house has a great courtyard that gets plenty of sunlight.
The house is fully furnished & just newly renovated with a brand new kitchen, TV, oven, dish washer and washing machine.

There is a kitchen, living room & 4 bedrooms, 2 of them have walk in robes and an ensuite bathroom, with the other two bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom.
The kitchen is well fitted out with all cooking utensils and a microwave, gas cooktop, oven, fridge, dishwasher & includes essentials like salt & pepper & oil etc. We have a coffee machine & some coffee pods plus a selection of Twining tea bags.
The dining room currently only sits 4 people in the dining table and 2 on the separate island while a larger dining table is being ordered in. There is a larger dining table suitable for over 6 people in the court yard.
All bedrooms have wardrobes with plenty of coat hangers.
There are towels in the bathroom, shampoo, conditioner & hairdryers.
There is a 55” flat screen TV with Netflix included.
Wireless internet is also available throughout the house.
There is also a washing machine for your clothes and a drying line in the back yard to dry your clothes.
There is a split system air conditioner in every bedroom and the lounge room to keep you cool in summer & warm in winter. There is also ducted heating in all bedrooms should you need it.
