The bright, sunfilled open plan kitchen and dining have spectacular views over the tree tops - the feeling of vast space is perfect for those wanting to unwind. The stylish yet super comfortable living room opens to an undercover deck with views of the beautiful and well established front garden. There is a coffee machine available for use.

A magical outdoor experience awaits as you step into the garden where a lush mixed offering of herbs and vegetables, mature trees and native plants will leave you wanting more! A large covered entertaining area as well as a built-in spa and surrounding deck complete the exterior package.

Set on a large corner allotment just shy of 1100m2 (Corner of Chenier Street and Service Rd) and located halfway between the beach and the bay as well as being surrounded by some of the most spectacular nature trails, sightseeing and natural wonders that the Southern Mornington Peninsula is famous for, this is coastal living re-imagined. Ignite the passion in your soul and spark your natural curiosity as you explore all that awaits at this truly special property.

The corner allotment of this home, allows for easy off street parking on both the service road and Chenier street.

Full bed linen is supplied. Bath mats, hand towels and tea towels are also supplied. Please note Guests are required to bring bath and beach towels.

* PLEASE NOTE bedroom three is suitable for 3 children, or 1-2 adults only.
The top bunk is not suitable or available to use by adults, and the lower double bed is best used for 2 children, or 1 adult.

* COFFEE MACHINE: There is an Expressi coffee machine available to use. This machine uses ALDI Expressi coffee pods only.

* PLEASE NOTE: Strictly NO SCHOOLIES groups. Unfortunately we do not have the systems in place to manage schoolie or young large group bookings under 28 years of age. We prefer mature adults or family groups. This is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire, for short Stays. If you have any queries please contact us pre-booking so we can clarify.
