The corner allotment of this home, allows for easy off street parking on both the service road and Chenier street.
Full bed linen is supplied. Bath mats, hand towels and tea towels are also supplied. Please note Guests are required to bring bath and beach towels.
* PLEASE NOTE bedroom three is suitable for 3 children, or 1-2 adults only. The top bunk is not suitable or available to use by adults, and the lower double bed is best used for 2 children, or 1 adult.
* COFFEE MACHINE: There is an Expressi coffee machine available to use. This machine uses ALDI Expressi coffee pods only.
* PLEASE NOTE: Strictly NO SCHOOLIES groups. Unfortunately we do not have the systems in place to manage schoolie or young large group bookings under 28 years of age. We prefer mature adults or family groups. This is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire, for short Stays.
