2BR Luxury Penthouse - private balcony & amazing river and city views

Our penthouse offers an exclusive Melbourne experience with its large private terrace boasting panoramic views on the Yarra River and the city.

Its location is ideal to attend the ever-growing list of cultural and sports events in Melbourne, as well as the central business district.

With direct views on the Crown Casino, its nightly flames are sure to impress and Southbank's Yarra Promenade restaurants and bars are a stroll away just as the endless choices in the CBD.

**Strict No Party Policy**. Having a party and any attempts to bring more people inside the apartment may cause immediate eviction by security and/or police. Security is onsite 24h and keeps track of guests entering apartments. This may also cause loss of bond and no refunds for the remaining of the reservation.

Layout:
The penthouse has two bedrooms with very comfortable queen-sized beds. One of the bedrooms has amazing city views directly from the bed, as well as privacy-insuring panels that can be lowered. The other bedroom has a desk in case you need to catch up on some work.

The living room allows you to enjoy the amazing view comfortably from the inside with an open plan to the stylish dining area and fully equipped kitchen.

Access to the building:
The building has a secured entry and along with the apartment's door key, you will receive a swipe to access the lobby, the lift and the gym on the first floor.

There is an apartment hotel inside the building called Aura on Flinders. They have a reception desk at the lobby downstairs, but understandably, their staff will not be able to help you with anything regarding your stay in our place. Please contact us directly in case of need :)

Parking: The penthouse has a parking spot in the building - however, it is only suitable for very small cars or motorcycles. You also have to be a good driver because access to the parking involves a car elevator/lift and tight corners. Any repair costs due to damage to the lift will be charged to the guest.

If you don't feel confident maneuvering the lift, or for normal to large vehicles, we have negotiated a flat $20/24h with unlimited entry/exit at two very close (3min walk) Secure Parking locations to which we can book you in. Let us know if you need a parking spot at the time of your booking so that we can arrange the best solution for you.
