Situated a short drive away from Melbourne Skydeck, this upper-level, fully equipped two-bedroom unit is perfect for a city getaway. One block away from the Bourke St Mall and across from the Melbourne Town Hall. Conveniently located within the Free Tram Zone for easy access within the CBD.

Other Things to Note:
- We will require you to sign check-in forms, provide an image of Government issued ID and a photo/selfie holding the ID for security and verification purposes
- A $500 authorization hold will happen on your account 2 days before checking as a security bond
- This is strictly a no party house
- It's in a residential area, please respect the neighbors
- There is a non-refundable 3% processing fee on every booking
- There will be a serious fine if smoking has been detected at the property. NO SMOKING ALLOWED
