One of our lovely caretakers will welcome you into the home upon arrival to help you settle in and assist with any questions or concerns you might have. Please let us know what time you expect to arrive to our home so that we can let our caretakers know when to meet you :)
Best form of communication is via airbnb! Should you have any problems or concerns, please give us a chance to find a solution and help you.
