St Huberts Vineyard

'Originally established in 1862, St. Huberts is one of the fabled properties that made Yarra Valley wines famous in the 1800s. Replanted in the 1960s, it's again at the heart of the region's wine story. The welcoming cellar door at the edge of the vineyard has interesting photographs of the estate in its 19th century heyday to reflect on. The labels on the bottles resemble the old originals, but the wines are modern styles and very good across a range of types. There are also rare specials like Roussanne to explore.'
