The bed in the second bedroom is listed as a sofa bed, however it is used as a permanent bed. It is a double-sized "Koala Cushy Sofa Bed" if you'd like to look it up prior to booking. Measurements: 199.5 cm (L) x 138 cm (W).

There is one designated outdoor parking space in the car park directly in front of the building.

The property is listed as suitable for children and families are most welcome! However high chair, cot, or other supplies are not provided so you would need to bring these with you. There is a balcony which has a railing however any children must be supervised at all times.

This is a quiet residential building with lovely neighbours - there is a zero tolerance policy for parties or excessive noise, so please be respectful and conscious of noise at all times especially on the balcony or if balcony doors is open.
