The Walkup is located in the heart of Southbank, on the doorstep of central Melbourne. Your own private street entrance admits you directly to the apartment's entry hall. Ascend the stairs to the living area. What you'll notice immediately is the wonderful sense of space and tranquility as the apartment features extra high ceilings and generously large rooms. Large windows in every room brighten the space further. Efficient double glazing means that traffic noise is left where it belongs - out in the street. The generous open plan living space includes a deluxe fully equipped kitchen, a huge glass dining table to seat 8 and a comfortable, cozy living area. The spacious master bedroom includes an en suite with large shower and vanity space. The second bedroom is also equipped with a small work station complete with ethernet port. All three bedrooms are large and airy and are equipped with generous mirrored built in robes and their own individual sensor remote control for separate climate control.
