Situated in the ideal family-friendly Melbourne suburb of Malvern, you’re only moments from Sir Robert Menzies Reserve and a hop to the closest tram stop.  Catch the tram or take a walk to the cafes, restaurants and shopping precincts of High Street, Glenferrie Rd or Malvern Rd. There’s plenty to explore including antique and high fashion shops as well as the picturesque Malvern Gardens and town centre. If you’d prefer a day out in the CBD that’s around 20 minutes by public transport while Melbourne’s famous sporting, cultural and shopping districts are all within easy reach.
