Keys can be collected from the Collingwood convenience store at 76 Smith St, Collingwood. The store is an 8-minute walk from the home or a 5-minute drive (700 meters away) from the home.

Please check the opening hours for your home’s key collection location. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, we can arrange access via a key lockbox for your convenience. Please note there is a $50 fee to set this up.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home. Unfortunately, we do not get to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way to enter and depart the house quickly. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay, and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.
