OUR NEIGHBORHOOD
Our house is nestled in the vibrant and welcoming community of Delahey, a suburb known for its friendly atmosphere and convenient location. You’ll find a large range of retail, cafes, and restaurants at the bustling Watergardens Shopping Centre just a short drive away, perfect for grabbing coffee, enjoying a meal, or picking up essentials.
For outdoor lovers, there are nearby parks (Organ pipes national park, Brimbank park etc) and green spaces where you can relax, go for a walk, or enjoy a picnic. The area is also well-connected, with easy access to public transport and major roads, making Melbourne’s CBD and surrounding attractions just a short drive away.

LIVING ROOM
Relax and unwind in the cozy living area featuring a 60" Chromecast-enabled Smart TV and large comfy 6 seater lounge, and put your feet up after a day out.
Stay comfortable with refrigerated, ducted heating / cooling throughout the entire home with each bedroom an individual zone which can be shut off if required.
KITCHEN
Cook up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with oven, stovetop, microwave, large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso pod coffee machine. Whether it’s a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you’ll have everything you need. Complimentary kitchen amenities include an initial supply of quality coffee pods, tea, sweeteners, sugar, milk, olive oil and salt & pepper.
BEDROOMS
All bedrooms feature comfy queen-size beds, wardrobe with hangers, bedside table and lamp and 60" Chromecast-enabled Smart TV for your convenience. Freshly white laundered bedding linens and quilt are provided, with a choice of soft/firm pillows and an iron and ironing board to keep you looking sharp. A fluffy white bath towel is provided for each guest. Portable cot with pillow, mattress, and comforter available for your use.
Extra costs for use of bunk beds > This accommodation is available for the base price that includes 8x guests making use of 4x queen beds.
> Up to 4x single bunk beds are available and there is a $25 fee per bunk bed used for each night of booking (Our house keeping staff charge us for the additional work to wash, dry, and change the linen for each extra bed used).
> Please note: Our house keeping staff check all bunk beds and any that have been played in, slept in, messed up or otherwise made unsanitary will be cleaned and remade and charged to your booking at the end of the stay.
If you'd would like to use up to 4x extra beds you can choose to:
> Pay upfront, by increasing the max guest/bed count to either 9, 10, 11 or 12 when you book, or
> Pay after your booking, we will add the costs for any extra beds which have been used to your final booking payment

BATHROOM
Both bathrooms are equipped with a refreshing hot shower, soft hand towels and face washers, and luxurious body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hand wash crafted with ancient Australian botanicals by Rohr Remedy. Pamper yourself with a hot bath after a long day. Hair dryer also available for your use.
LAUNDRY
Enjoy the convenience of a large 12kg clothes washing machine and 9kg clothes dryer with a clothesline in the courtyard.
