South Melbourne Market is right around the corner as well as Clarendon street. At Southbank promenade by the Yarra River, you'll find a multitude of restaurants and shops are just minutes walk away. Access into the heart of thriving Melbourne is quick and easy. The Space The house is fully equipped with everything you need to make it your home away from home. The open plan lounge room with wooden floor boards is spacious, modern, light filled and relaxing. The kitchen has all mod cons available for your use, while the 3 bedrooms are bright with comfortable beds, all with built in robes (the master has a walk in robe) and the 2 bathrooms (main and ensuite) are clean and convenient - enjoy a soak in the bathtub after a long day of hitting the shops! All guests receive a complimentary bottle of wine in the fridge, plus a gourmet welcome hamper including tea, coffee, jams, muesli, milk and some tasty treats. We supply luxury toiletries and towels, and our beds are made up with top quality Flaxfield linen ensuring a comfortable stay. Also supplied for guest use are Myki cards and a Netflix account on the TV There is also a beautiful courtyard that catches all the morning light, so enjoyable for relaxing in the sun while you have your morning coffee or your afternoon wine! You won't believe you are in the heart of the action. The location of the house makes it completely perfect for your next Melbourne getaway. South Melbourne is one of the most sought after neighbourhoods in the city due to it's position, convenience, dining options and amenities. Staying here, you will be close to the beach, parks and the city. Napier Street is peaceful and is suitable for families with young children, yet you will never be far from all that Melbourne has to offer in terms of fun, convenience and excitement. Neighbourhood overview South Melbourne is located on the south bank of the Yarra River. The neighbourhood consists of stunning renovated terrace houses in tree-lined streets. The famous Southbank promenade by the Yarra River is also close by, as is the Crown Casino, the botanical gardens, Chapel Street, and the heart of Melbourne itself. There is always something happening in South Melbourne, it really is a fantastic place to live and visit. Getting around The house is within walking distance to so many of Melbourne’s sights and activities. The tram is just 500m away and a Go Get pick up point is just on the corner.
