Port Melbourne with a great holiday atmosphere in close proximity to the CBD, and ideally located on the water. Bustling by day and quiet at night, Port Melb has its own beach and heaps of options for restaurants, shopping, cafes, supermarkets etc. Close to public transport directly into Collins St passing Crown Casino and Spencer St railway station, 2.5km from Timber Yard Events.

Close to public transport and parking for individuals with a vehicle. Ride sharing services such as Uber are also readily available.

- The TV is equipped with streaming apps, however you will need to use your own details to login.
- The closet in the office/second bedroom with single bed is locked and not available for guests to access. There is ample space for clothing storage in the closet in the master bedroom.
- Please note there is no coffee machine currently in the property, however there is a great cafe less than 100m down the road.
- In addition to the parking space in the undercover garage, there is also free 2-hour parking on the streets surrounding the building.
- We welcome families to bring your little one but please note, no baby supplies are provided. You will need to bring your own travel cot, high chair, etc if needed.
