Come and enjoy sweeping views from Level 19. This corner two bedroom apartment is conveniently located on the door step of the CBD, next to Marvel Stadium and Southern Cross Station.

Once your reservation is confirmed, all guests will be required to complete a Guest Information Form and send through a copy of their photo ID due to insurance requirements and our COVID Safe Plan. Your reservation may be cancelled if this is not provided.

The two tranquil bedrooms are well sized with comfortable and fitted with mirrored robes. The light and spacious living and dining area with splendid views is a welcome sight on return from your day at work or a day hanging out in Melbourne.

NOTE:

Given the uncertainty with snap lockdowns, we are offering our guests credit to rebook even if your reservation passes the cancellation policy dates. We want to encourage guests to return and help our local businesses when it is possible and offer our guests the flexibility as well.

The Neighborhood:
Right on the edge of the CBD and next to the water, you can't get any better than this location. You will be close to everything the city offers for your shopping needs or if you are in town for work. Checkout Melbourne's cool laneways, shopping, dining and entertainment right from your doorstep.

Getting Around:
Being right on the edge of the CBD, you can access the 86 outside the apartment and Southern Cross Station is only a 15 minute walk away.

Other Things to Note:
We look forward to hosting your stay! For guests which have less than three 5-star reviews, we do request that a $300 security deposit is made and photo ID is provided. The deposit is refunded on the day of checkout if everything is in good order. This is all processed through Airbnb, we are not able to accept cash.

We can accommodate check-ins between 3-9pm.

The accommodation rate assumes 4 guests using the beds in the bedrooms. If you require the sofa for 4 guests, this will incur a charge of $20 per reservation for linen.

If guests stay duration is longer than 10 days, a complimentary house keeping service is provided at the half way for change of towels and general cleaning. This is to assist with reducing the possibility of an extreme clean at the end. This will be coordinated with the Guest for a suitable time.
