SUMMARY: Brilliantly located, modern, beautiful, 2 bedroom, 1 bath, dual-level townhouse in arguable one of Melbourne's best locations. This is my home, however as I travel overseas frequently, it is setup for regular guests stays, with professional grade linen, towels and cleaning.
LOCATION & SURROUNDS: Perfect for anyone visiting Melbourne, working in the CBD or sight-seeing - Wellington Street, St Kilda is highly connected via trains, trams and is within walking distance to: - Chapel Street, Windsor: Trendy bars, cafes and nightlife; - Fitzroy Street, St Kilda: Eeclectic St Kilda high street with bars, cafes and nightlife; - Albert Park Lake: Stunning lake with running & cycling track, home of the Australia F1 Grand Prix; - St Kilda Beach: Lively waterfront promenade often with events, music, and a bustling Sunday market; - CBD: Just a 10-12 minute tram ride to Flinders Street Station; - Elwood, Brighton & Bayside Suburbs: Discover Melbourne's stunning bayside suburbs, the Brighton Beach Boxes, St Authurs Seat and more.
THE SPACE: My home is a modern 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom dual level townhouse, with car park availability (if required).
Professionally laundered, hotel grade, 1000 thread-count sheets & towels. The two generous sized bedrooms are upstairs, both with near new posture-pedic beds and a comfortable double sofa-bed in the living living room for groups requiring a third bed.
Split system air-conditioning units in both the master bedroom and living room, gas heating, 55" TV, with Netflix, fully equipped kitchen, secure parking, WiFi, outdoor area with chairs and BBQ.
The house is professionally cleaned and prepared prior to each guest, and is a very clean, neat and practical place in a brilliant location. Please note that this is my home however, it is not hotel accommodation - however if you read my reviews you'll see the place is lovely, clean, perfect sized and location is brilliant.
The townhouse sleeps 4 people comfortable, but with the double sofa bed in living room can sleep 6 people. Please ensure you confirm the number of guests, so that arrangements can be made for all spaces.
GUEST ACCESS The townhouse is only ever rented out as an 'entire place' rental. All areas are yours to use, however please note that my personal belongings are stored in the built-in-robe in second bedroom and ottoman chest in master bedroom.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS None - I will leave detailed instructions on how to access, as I will be overseas however contactable via SMS, call or email at any time.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: - Netflix & WiFi available - BBQ available (Webber Q) - 1 undercover, secure car space (garage door remote controls will be left on the dining room table) - Additional blankets available in upstairs linen cupboard - No parties or events please
