In the heart of Springvale’s Central, our humble abode was curated with love and care for you and our beloved little ones, like yourself.
“Mini Asia” is just a quick walk away, where you can experience many cultures and dishes. Walk through Springvale’s markets and restaurants and try the authentic dishes of Asia. By drive, bus, or train, it is easy to venture into the City of Melbourne. We are centrally located of all the tourist attractions in Melbourne.
The space
Tailored with love and the utmost care, our beautiful home has two stunning bedrooms with their own unique design. Each has a queen-sized bed and a closet, to provide your stay with style and comfort.
Our kitchen, along with all our appliances, is of the best standard. It is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and stove. It is the perfect location for you to cook during your stay if you feel like whipping something up for a meal. A designated coffee and tea station is the perfect place to start your day on a positive note. Enjoy the pleasures of Nespresso coffee, black tea, or green tea. A dining table, that fits six, is located next to the kitchen.
The living room is fitted with a HD TV, equipped with Netflix and YouTube among others, and a stylish couch. The TV is located opposite the couch. Next to the living room, there is a room dedicated for your little ones. We have stocked the play area with toys to keep your children entertained and a cubby house. We have included a bunk bed for your kids to sleep in comfortably.
On the ground floor, there is a day bed that expands to two single beds. Mounted on the wall, there is a beautiful mirror for you. We have provided you with a desk for all your study and work-related needs.
The house has two full bathrooms, one bathtub on the ground floor and a shower on the top level. On the second floor, there is a half bathroom. The bathrooms are pristine and equipped with basic necessities; such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, toilet paper and a laundry hamper.

You will have access to the entire property.\
Other things to note
As our property allows children, all children must be supervised at all times. We are not liable for any injuries. You are liable for any damage inflicted on the property.
There is security camera pointing at the front door. This camera is for your safety and for security purposes and should not be tampered with.
Check Out Instructions
You are staying in our home, please treat with care and respect.
-Empty rubbish into the bins provided at the back of the property.
-Turn things off and close all doors and windows.
-Make sure the dishes are in the dishwasher.
-Return all furniture to original positions.
-Return keys to the lock box.
-Notify us of your departure.
