Thursday night is bin night, for Friday morning collection.
Council requires bins to be placed on the adjacent footpath (not impeding pedestrian, vehicle or kerbside waste collection service), no earlier than the day before collection day and returned to the property no later than midnight of the day of collection. Any breaches of the bin rules by guests that result in a prosecution from council or removal of our bins, will become the responsibility of the guest who booked the stay.

We have active security cameras at the front and rear of our property.
These are located at:
1) the rear of our deck with focus on the rear lane
2) the front porch with vision of our front door
3) the top deck focused on the street
These are in conjunction with our Insurance Policy and are essential to your use of our property.
If the cameras, modem or Wi-Fi are tampered with in anyway, we reserve the right to terminate your booking and have you evicted from the property.
