Getting around Melbourne is a breeze with trams, buses and trains - the 96 tram stop is only 400m away which takes you directly to the city. This central yet quiet apartment is the perfect way to experience St Kilda!

The charming 1960s ground floor apartment is freshly updated and furnished with all new beautiful modern artwork, stylish furniture and a secure and private large north-facing courtyard – featuring your own palm trees!

The living room has split system heating and cooling, LED TV with Netflix and chromecast so you can stream from your own device as well as enjoy free unlimited WIFI. Open plan living and dining for your comfort with a kitchen that consists of new stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook. However if you'd rather dine out there are plenty of amazing local cafes and restaurants a short walk away. Please enjoy the complimentary coffee (capsules and instant) and tea.

The master bedroom features built in robes, ensuite and a comfy king size bed with technology charging facilities by your side – wireless charging (for compatible phones) bedside lamps to ensure your time in the apartment is nothing but perfect! Quality bedding is supplied with 100% linen duvet cover and 1000tc cotton sheets. Bath towels and toiletries are also included.

Guest access:

-Guest have exclusive access of the whole apartment during their stay. Please note that the apartment is rented only for residential use and parties are strictly NOT permitted.
-There is a common laundry area in the building where washing or drying costs $3 a load.
- There is a communal rooftop terrace with BBQ facilities and sweeping bay views accessible to guests.
- Dedicated area to store your bike on the ground floor.

Interaction with guests:

I respect my guest's privacy, so with an easy to find lockbox and digital self check-in, I leave guests pretty much to themselves during their stay.
However I am only a text or call away so more than happy to give visitors the inside track with local tips and recommendations. The apartment has loads of brochures of things to do in town, and the best sights in Melbourne, which shouldn’t be missed during your stay.
