About this property

Stay at our comfortable and peaceful 4 Bdrm abode in Melbourne's leafy and peaceful North-East! Only a 35 minute drive to Melbourne's CBD, our home is a perfect base for exploring the sights of Melb. or just taking it easy and relaxing by our pool. Our home features 4 Bdrms, 2 Bthrms - swimming pool, tennis court, BBQ Area (subject to fees), trampoline, kids play area, Wi-Fi, Netflix! We have free parking on the premises (driveway, garage is off limits). Parties and events are not allowed.

The space:

We have 4 bedrooms - 3 queen beds and 1 bunk bed. Ample wardrobe space.

You will have full access to our swimming pool, tennis court and other listed amenities.

Air conditioning: 3 AC units - 1 in Master bedroom and 2 in each living room/area.

Periodically we have a gardener and pool cleaner come by to the home. They may go in during your stay.

You're free to use the tennis court but we currently don't supply tennis rackets or balls.

Notables: We have a fire place but it is not for use. Our washer only has cold water wash, it's currently not connected to the hot water tap. And the TV that is outdoors is not operational. Inside the house, the TV downstairs has Netflix only and the upstairs TV has free-to-air channels.

Garbage collection day is on Friday, we ask all guests if they can wheel the bins out to the sidewalk by Thursday night.
