Located at the back of the main residence , set in a beautiful garden with private rear entrance.

Entering into the sitting room you will discover the tall bookshelves laden with books and unique trinkets. From here you will find a contemporary bathroom with walk in shower and separate WC and straight ahead you’ll come to the master bedroom.
Eclectic mirrors and Indian screens adorn the walls behind the queen-size bed with sumptuous bedcovers and fluffy doona.
Upstairs you will find a vast space with white walls, comfy linen sofas and seating in natural tones. In the sun filled dining room, have a seat at the vintage round dining table for 6 which adjoins a large functional modern kitchen.
Enter the sun filled terrace through double glass doors from the living area> Here you will find a private oasis with leafy outlooks, carpet grass and plenty of outdoor seating.

The Gatehouse is situated at the back of a large property. It is very private. Between the main house and the Gatehouse is a vast Garden. There is private area which guests are welcome to enjoy.

There is easy access to public transport, bike paths, shops and restaurants, and CityLink. 5 minutes walk to train and tram. 10 minutes to CBD by train. 5 minutes walk to closest shopping centre and Swinburne University.
