St Kilda’s location allows residents to have their cake and eat it too. There’s also an amusement park (Luna Park) and beach closeby. How many other Melbourne suburbs can boast that?

The Space:
NOTE:
Given the uncertainty with snap lockdowns, we are offering our guests credit to rebook even if your reservation passes the cancellation policy dates. We want to encourage guests to return and help our local businesses when it is possible and offer our guests the flexibility as well.

Getting Around:
Three tram routes run through the suburb; there’s also Balaclava train station in St Kilda East. If you want to travel north, the 96 tram leaves from Acland Street and will take passengers through Carlton, Fitzroy and Brunswick.

PARKING: There is ONE secure located in the middle of the apartment complex. NOTE: These bays are quite tight, so please be aware that you use these facilities at your own risk, and we take no responsibility for any damage incurred.

Other Things to Note:
We look forward to hosting your stay! For guests which have less than three 5-star reviews, we do request that a $200 security deposit is made and that photo ID is provided. The deposit is released within 72 hours of checkout if everything is in good order.

If guests stay duration is longer than 10 days, a complimentary house keeping service is provided at the half way for change of towels and general cleaning. This is to assist with reducing the possibility of an extreme clean at the end. This will be coordinated with the Guest for a suitable time.

There is no split system or ducted heating but we have provided portable fans and oil heaters.
