Other Things to Note: - There is no parking available at the property. - No smoking & no barbecues are allowed on the balcony. - The pool will be closed from Friday the 15th of July to Monday the 15th of August due to rectification works. The works will occur between 8.00 am and 4.00 pm daily and may cause some noise and vibration throughout the building. - Please keep the noise level to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am for neighbours. Excessive noise could lead to an on-the-spot AUD500 fine and/or eviction from the property.
