The private dining room and outdoor terrace may be booked in advance, subject to availability, for a maximum of 2 hours. The dining room seats up to 12 people and includes BBQ facilities, an oven and kitchenette. Guests need to bring their own food and utensils.
Please clean up after use and leave the area as you found it.
Please note that all house rules, including no parties or events, still apply when using these facilities.

- Check-in hours are 2PM-10PM ($50 late check-in fee after 10PM applies)
- Check-out is at 10AM sharp ($50 late check-out fee applies after 10.30AM)
If you would like to request late-checkout this must be done in advance. We will always try our best to accommodate, however during busy seasons please understand that this is not always possible. TIA :)

- Guests are required to show photo ID & credit card upon check-in
- A security deposit of AUD$300 is required upon check-in ( Your credit card will be held via bank authorisation at check in, and will be released after check out upon property checked)
- Building facilities such as the pool, gym and steam room are managed by building management and are subject to availability. Temporary closures for maintenance may occur and are outside of host control.
