Guests will be able to access the entire apartment.

The pool and gym are also accessible for guests however they must ensure that a brief induction and short term stay form is completed upon check in to be able to use these facilities.

Southbank may be a relative newcomer on the Melbourne block but it’s made a significant splash with its riverside promenade of restaurants and high rises.
Combining luxurious high rise apartment living with an impressive arts and entertainment precinct, Southbank, flanking the southern bank of the Yarra, sprang to life a couple of decades ago. Now it’s an entrenched part of the Melbourne fabric, playing host to hotels, restaurants, office towers, the Arts Centre and Crown Casino.

Flinders Street Station is your local train station. You can stroll home from the city’s best bars and restaurants – no need to worry about trying to find a cab. Within the area itself are gyms and small supermarkets suited to the apartment residents above, or you can wander over one of the pedestrian foot bridges and get what you need in the CBD.

Southbank offers up Melbourne on a plate. Independent spirits will find the living is oh-so-easy in their up-to-the-minute high rise apartments on the Yarra. This riverside promenade is their front yard, with the city’s shopping, bars and theatres laid out all around. If convenience is king, Southbank wears the crown.

Easiest Option From The Airport: Take a taxi or an Uber from Melbourne Airport.

Public Transport From the Airport: Take the Skybus to Southern Cross Station then take a train to Flinders Street Station. It is about a 10-15 minute walk from Flinders Street Station

The other option is to take a Skybus to Southern Cross Station. Then take the route 12 tram towards St Kilda and get off at stop 126 - City Rd/Clarendon St (South Melbourne). The walk down City Road is about 5 minutes to the apartment building.

Please Note: Check in is only allowed between 11.30am - 7pm as we need to physically meet you at this property to check you in.

House Rules

By staying at this property, you acknowledge and agree to the following rules:

a) No smoking inside. Any evidence of smoking inside will incur an additional $150.00 cleaning fee on your account (this includes cigarettes butts, ash inside the property or the smell of cigarettes).

b) No guests or visitors without prior approval.

c) No pets allowed.

d) Please be respectful of neighbours who share the apartment building and minimise all noise between 10pm – 7am.

e) Strictly no parties or events whatsoever. If any of these occur, guests will be will be escorted from the property immediately. There will be no second chances. An additional $300 cleaning fee is payable if we deem sufficient evidence that a party or event has occurred.

f) A $30 per hour late check out fee will apply for guests present in the apartment after 11am unless a late checkout has previously been agreed too in writing. This is to cover the cost of our cleaners waiting for you to depart.

g) Loss of key and swipe will incur a $150 charge for replacement. Please advise immediately when key and swipe are lost. Two sets of keys are provided upon check in.

h) Treat the property as if it was your own home and when departing, ensure the property is in the same state as it was found when you checked in. Please keep it clean and tidy, washing up in the kitchen after yourself.

- Body corporate rules and restrictions apply. We are not responsible for any changes, building works or facility closures that are our out of our control.

- Guests must be 25+ unless they are the dependents of the booking holder.

- Unfortunately guest limits apply. This means no groups, parties, gatherings or unregistered visitors.

- No one wants to pay $350 for smoking inside the property. That's what it costs us to clean it if you do! Please ensure no smoking takes place inside the property and no evidence of smoking waste remains.

- The morning you vacate please wash up your dishes and put them away, or run a cycle of the dishwasher.

- Please put your waste in the bins outside. We understand sometimes these are left full on your arrival... If that's the case please let us know. Additional waste or removal charges apply if we are charged by the cleaners and no one wants to pay for someone else's rubbish!

- Please ensure noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm and silenced by midnight to avoid complaints.

- Should something require repairs or maintenance during your stay, please let us know ASAP so we can assist with troubleshooting and tradespeople if required. We are here to help! Should a call out be required, we will arrange that with the appropriate tradesperson and yourself directly to minimise any inconvenience to you during your stay. Unfortunately if there are issues found to be operator error or damage caused by the user, the cost will be passed on as would be the case in any short stay / hotel accommodation.

- ID is required to place your booking with us.

- We understand accidents happen but please let us know when they do. - Any breakages are charged at fair replacement value to you so please take care with our things.

- Keys and locks are expensive to replace. Please take care with the keys to avoid a $250 replacement charge.

-We love our pets too but our properties are pet free except for assistance animals unless otherwise advertised.

- Please leave the property as you found it :)

- Please turn off the AC when you go out.

- Please respect check-in and check-out times. We would love to be able to offer early check in or late check out but properties need to be cleaned and restocked between bookings.

- Please don’t rearrange the furniture. We don't want you hurting yourselves.

- Lost property retrieval fee $45 plus postage.

And it goes without saying that no illegal substances or activities are allowed on the premises.
