For your convenience, we offer self check-in. Please note that the keys are securely stored at a nearby shop, which is the closest available key collection point to the property.
You will receive the key collection link and PIN 1–2 days prior to arrival. We kindly recommend planning your check-in route in advance to ensure a smooth arrival, especially if you are traveling with luggage.
If you prefer additional assistance during check-in, in-person support can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to prior request and availability.
Should off-site key collection be a concern for your stay preferences, you may wish to consider a property that offers on-site key access or direct entry.

Last minute same day booking: there might be delayed check in if you book same day to arrive, so we can prepare the place properly and comfortably for your stay.

Late Checkout: Complimentary until 12 PM. $20/hour applies after 12 PM (latest by 2 PM).
Key Collection Information:
Please note that we operate with a KeyNest point for secure and convenient key collection. Guests are required to collect the keys from a nearby KeyNest location before heading to the property.
